• What is Security PIN?

1. A security PIN is a tool designed for merchants to protect the credits in their account.
2. When merchants transfer the credits from their account to other accounts they would need to put in their security pins.

• Why Need Security PIN?

1. The security PIN is only visible to you. 
2. You must enter the security PIN every time you want to transfer the credit to other accounts. 
3. The merchant security PIN has been designed to secure the credits in the merchant’s account. 
4. Mig33 staff will NEVER ASK for your password or security pin. 
5. You should NOT SHARE  your security PIN with anyone.

• Who Need Security PIN?

The security PIN will be limited to merchants.

• How to Activate Your Security PIN

1. Login through mig33 website www.mig33.com or the mig33 wapsite m.mig33.com to your Account> Merchant PIN> Create PIN
2. Setup a secret question and provide that answer that only you know. Also, you need to provide your email address, which is NOT  mig33 email address (example: yahoo, hotmail, gmail)
3. After you confirmed all the information, the activation details will be sent to your email and you need to complete the instruction to activate the PIN.

• How to Reset Your PIN

1. Inform your mentor or country representative that you need to reset your PIN
2. Alternatively, you can call mig33 and we will reset a new PIN for you

• Recover PIN

- When you fail to enter your security PIN, you need to:

1. Login through website www.,mig33.com or the mig33 wapsite m.mig33.com to your Account > Merchant Pin> Recover PIN
2. Answer the secret question that you provide when you first activate the security PIN
3. The security PIN will be sent to your email after you successfully provide the correct information and answer the captcha

• How to Transfer Credit Using PIN

1. Login to your account and go to Transfer Credit
2. Enter the security PIN
3. Enter the Username> Amount> Confirmed the PIN
4. Proceed with the credit transfer

Who are merchants?

• A merchant is a user who has signed up to be a part of our merchant certification program
• The merchant certification program has been designed to recognize those merchants who have consistently and loyally participated in the mig33 merchant program
• A certified merchant will be displayed in the colour (purple) when in the mig33 community, which is different to other members

How to be a merchant?

• To be certified merchant, you can sign up through your mobile or sign up through our website or can follow this step below to activate become a merchant

How do I become a certified merchant?

• A merchant who has paid mig33 more than $70 per month, for previous 3 calendar months
• A new merchant who has made a payment of $70 or more will automatically become a certified merchant
• For new merchants paying less than $70 their addition will at the discretion of the mig33 merchant team

What is the advantage of a being a mig33 certified merchant?

• Be promoted by mig33 merchant team
• Get a separate color font (purple) that will differentiate them from other users What if I have done everything right but I am still not a certified merchant? 
• The merchant team will ensure that if you have covered the required criteria then you automatically become a certified merchant.

What is the merchant mentor program?

• Merchant mentor program allows you to take on apprentices which will assist you in growing your business 
• The programs proves great benefits for those who become mentors and for those under them

What are the benefits of being a merchant mentor?

• A mentor will get credit discounts for each and every sub-merchant gained 
• Marketing messages will be posted regularly to support you as a mentor 
• A chance of gaining more merchant connections which could lead to potential new merchants working in your team

What are MERCHANT POINTS?
Merchant Points are points you earn whenever you buy mig33 credits. You can redeem the points for a variety of exclusive mig33 items, mig33 special services and mig33 credits!

Who is it for?
The Merchant Points program is exclusively for Mentors and Merchants who send payments to mig33 directly every month. Please note if you qualify, you will be automatically enrolled in the Merchant Points program.

How to earn Points?
Simply make monthly payments as a merchant to be part of this program. Every payment you send to mig33 will be rewarded with points:

Merchant anniversary celebrations continue! 

       Starting on 13:30 pm (GMT +08) 19th October 2010, Mig33 launching a new program for mig33 Merchants. You can now earn a share of what your customer’s spend with mig33. The merchant’s trail program provides merchants with a unique opportunity to earn up to 10% back in credits on what their direct customer spends.

                   · What does that mean?
· It means that if your “tagged” customer spends $1 doing any activity on mig33 that involves credit consumption, except calls, you can earn 10 cents back in Trail Credits.

                   · What are tagged customer?
· If you send 20 cents to a customer as Merchant, and they are not currently tagged, you will have tagged them to yourself for 30 days. In that period, the user is tagged exclusively to you and cannot be tagged by other merchants. Users that a merchant refers and adds via quick create are also automatically tagged to that merchant.

                    · How do I find customers?
· You will be able to see which users are tagged and untagged when you go into Chat Rooms. Users that you have tagged are “blahblahblah”. Users that other people have tagged are “blah blah blah” and users that are not tagged are “blahblahblah”. Can I see my list of tagged customers? Yes. In chat rooms

                     · What happens when I sell credits to a user that is tagged to another merchant?
· Yes,  u can sell and transfer credit. The higher amount transfer credit to user will be automaticly tagged that user

                     · How will I know how much money I make on my tagged customers?
· You can check the amount of “Trail Credits” earned via the Merchant Trails program through your transaction history in the Merchant Center.

                      ·Do all merchants get to be in the trail program?
· Only merchants who receive usd300 or more per month in credit transfers can qualify and be part of the program.

Rules and Regulations

1. This program is only open to certified Merchants with a purple color ID.
2. A minimum transfer of 20 cents, in one transaction, is needed to activate the 30 day “tag period”.
3. A pre-tagged merchant or customer cannot be retagged until the tag is removed through a 30 day lapse in transfer activity between the Merchant and the customer.
4. Merchants who sell directly to the final user will earn 10% back in credits that the user spends in mig33. The Merchants who sell to these Merchants will earn back 5%.
5. For this second rung of merchants to receive 5%, they must transfer at least 100 usd (cumulative in credits) to the merchant below them.
6. Merchants can receive Trail Credits from any activity on mig33 that involves credit consumption, except credits spent on calls.
7. If the user is tagged by you and purchases credits from a different merchant, you will still make back credits from what the purchases, while the seller of credits will not make anything until they tag the user.
8. A user/customer is anyone who buys products in mig33 (It can be a normal user or a merchant).
9. Trail credits can only be earned on the use of funded credits. Funded credits are credits bought from mig33. In the community they can be gotten directly from mig33 or from a merchant who has bought credits from mig33. Credits earned from referrals are not funded credits.
10. Transfer of credits is not a usage activity and does not earn trail credits.
11. If a merchant loses the purple color they will end up losing all the tags they have created.


Making Money at different levels in the Merchant channel

If you sell credits to a Merchant who sells to the final user then you will make 5% on the purchases of the user
If you are not selling in the 2 levels above the user, you can start charging more for the credits you sell as the sub-merchant below you will be already making money from the Merchant Trail program

Merchants will be able to easily identify tagged and untagged users when they enter Chat Rooms
